The Blend Project started with a simple idea — to explore great coffees from around the world and discover what makes each one special.
What began as a passion for coffee quickly became an obsession with the roasting process. We started experimenting with different origins, roast profiles and blends, learning how small changes can completely transform what ends up in the cup.
Today, we source coffees from around the world and roast them in small batches here in the North West. Every coffee is tested, tasted and refined to bring out the flavours that make it unique — from smooth chocolate and caramel notes to brighter, fruitier flavours.
We keep things deliberately small. It gives us the freedom to experiment, pay attention to every roast and only put our name on coffee we’re genuinely proud of.
